General Returns Policy

We accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference, provided the return request is made in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a reduced refund where an item shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its original condition.

Customers in the European Union

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to any applicable legal exemptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at support@remyxlondon.com before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers exercising their right of withdrawal are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Where a customer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods, including return shipping charges, customs duties, import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other applicable customs or import charges, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All returns must be shipped using a fully pre-paid service. Any return from outside the United Kingdom must be sent with all duties, taxes, and customs charges prepaid by the sender. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any shipment that incurs charges payable by Remyx London or, where permitted by law, deduct any such costs from the customer's refund.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase may be required to process any claim. Please retain your order confirmation email and any delivery documentation.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where local law grants you rights that cannot be excluded or restricted, those rights will prevail over this policy.
