Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy – Remyx London
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund excluding original shipping costs. Returns that do not meet these conditions (e.g. worn, damaged, or used items) will be rejected and sent back to you.
After the 14-day period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund. Any fees incurred may be deducted where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding shipping costs).
International Shipping & Returns (outside of the UK)
We ship internationally; however, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@remyxlondon.com within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to assist you. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
