Refund & Return Policy – Remyx London

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the last item in your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once you have notified us of your intention to return your order, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Remyx London cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.

If you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional charges paid for express, premium, or expedited shipping are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Gift cards
Custom or personalised items

International Shipping & Returns

We accept returns from international customers, provided the return request is made within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order and the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with returning their order.

Original customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If a returned parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or other charges, any costs incurred by Remyx London may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

UK & European Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period by contacting us at support@remyxlondon.com or by submitting a return request through https://account.remyxlondon.com.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Returned items should be in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Where required by applicable consumer law, refunds will include the cost of the standard delivery option. Additional charges for express or premium delivery services will not be refunded.
