Product images are for illustrative purposes only - actual colours, textures and fit may vary.

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions or discontinue items at any time without notice.

Limited drops may include quantity limits per customer.

3. Pricing, taxes and payments

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and include UK VAT where applicable.

Additional taxes, duties and customs charges may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

We accept major payment methods including credit or debit cards, PayPal and other methods where offered. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

If an item is offered as a preorder, the estimated delivery or dispatch timeframe will be specified in that product’s description. On average, pre orders deliver on a maximum of 6-7 weeks.

Delivery times vary by destination and courier and are estimates only.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or undeliverable orders resulting from incorrect details.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Early access

We may offer exclusive early access to selected drops. Customers who sign up via our website may receive a password to enter the site before the public launch. Access is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Returns policy summary

We accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other preference-related reasons, provided the return request is made in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact support@remyxlondon.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible. We will assess your case and offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy in line with applicable consumer protection law.

This policy operates alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Preorders

From time to time we may offer items on preorder. Estimated dispatch dates are guides only. Production or logistics delays may occur. You may cancel for a full refund if we do not ship within a reasonable time following the estimated window.

8. Intellectual property

All images, logos, designs, graphics, product names and site content are the intellectual property of Remyx London or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use
